摘 要:近年来,机器人辅助手术(RAS)在儿童外科中的应用发展迅速,以达芬奇机器人为代表的手术系统自问世以来,逐渐成为儿童外科领域的焦点之一。由于视野立体、操作灵活及手术安全稳定等优点,其在越来越多的手术中得到应用。笔者结合国内外相关文献,介绍RAS在儿童外科中的应用情况,总结其在儿童外科应用中的优点和缺点,分析国内儿童RAS发展情况,并对儿童RAS未来发展进行展望。In recent years,the application of robot-assisted surgery(RAS)in pediatric surgery has developed rapidly.Since the advent of the surgical system represented by Da Vinci robotic surgery system,it has gradually become one of the focuses in the field of pediatric surgery.Due to its advantages of three-dimensional field of view,flexibility,safety and stability,it has been used in more and more surgeries.This paper introduces its application in pediatric surgery based on relevant literatures at home and abroad,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages in pediatric surgery,and analyzes the development of pediatric RAS in China,with a view to looking forward to the future development of RAS in pediatric surgery.
