高强度短时间光固化模式对儿童恒磨牙窝沟封闭的疗效

摘  要:目的:探讨高强度光固化模式对儿童第一恒磨牙树脂型窝沟封闭剂保留率与防龋作用的影响。方法:选取2021年6月至2021年12月就诊于嘉兴市第二医院的50名4颗第一恒磨牙完全萌出的7~9岁儿童(共200颗磨牙),采用自身对照研究,随机将左右两侧的第一恒磨牙分成实验组和对照组。对照组为常规模式(1000mW/cm2)光照20s,实验组为超强模式(3200mW/cm2)光照6s。分别于术后3、6、12个月复查,比较各时间段封闭剂的保留率及患龋率。结果:术后3、6、12个月复查,实验组和对照组的窝沟封闭剂保留率和患龋率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ClinproTMSealant窝沟封闭在高强度短时间光固化模式下能够产生与常规光照模式相似的临床效果,并有效缩短椅旁操作时间,减少儿童口腔治疗的不适。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of high-irradiance mode on the retention and caries rate of a resin-based pit and fissure sealant in permanent molars of children.Methods:A total of 50 children aged 7 to 9 with the first permanent molars fully erupted(a total of 200 molars)from the Second Hospital of Jiaxing during June 2021 to December 2021 were collected,employing a split-mouth design.The teeth were randomized into two groups according to the light-curing unit.In the control group,the sealants were cured with normal mode(1000 mW/cm2)for 20 s;while in the experimental group cured with high-Irradiance mode(3200 mW/cm2)for 6 s.Clinical assessments were performed at 3,6,12 months to compare the retention rate of sealants and caries prevalence.Results:There was no significant difference in retention rate and caries rate between the two groups at 3,6,12 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:ClinproTM Sealant cured with high-irradiant light was as effective as that cured with regular light.Using LED curing units that offer high irradiance can shorten the operating time and reduce the discomfort in children’s oral therapy.
