摘　　要：在信息化项目管理中,团队合作与沟通是确保项目取得成功的重要因素之一。团队工作人员通过合作沟通交流,能够快速有效地解决信息化项目开展过程中遇到的问题,在保证工作质量的同时大幅度提升其工作效率,确保在规定时间内将信息化项目按质按量进行交付。因此本文将通过团队合作与沟通在信息化项目中的关键作用、信息化项目中团队合作与沟通存在的问题以及解决措施等方面内容对其进行具体的研究分析。In informatization project management,team work and communication is one of the important factors to ensure the project success.Through cooperation and communication,the team staff can quickly and effectively solve the problems encountered in the process of implementing informatization projects,greatly improve their work efficiency while ensuring the work quality,and ensure that the informatization projects are delivered according to the predefined quality and quantity within the specified time.Therefore,this paper will conduct the specific research and analysis on the key role of team work and communication in informatization projects,the problems of team work and communication in informatization projects,and the solutions.
