摘  要:在新工科教育背景下,新技术与新产业对人才的实践创新能力提出了更为严格的要求。本研究以提升学生的实践能力及创新能力为目标,对高分子加工工艺课程进行教学体系改革,全面优化课程体系和评价体系,并成功地将校企合作的教学模式融入教学过程。改革实施后,学生期末成绩的目标达成度从0.7提高到0.9,就业率从89%提升到95%,说明学生的专业技能水平和就业竞争力明显提升。同时该教学模式促进了校企之间的密切合作,真正促成了资源共享与信息交流,有助于课程内容与企业技术发展的同步更新,为高分子材料领域培养高质量的专业人才。In the context of new engineering education,new technologies and new industries have put forward stricter requirements for the practical innovation ability of talents.With the goal of improving students’practical ability and innovation ability,this study reformed the teaching system of polymer processing technology course,comprehensively optimized the curriculum system and evaluation system,and successfully integrated the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation into the teaching process.After the implementation of the reform,the goal achievement of students’final grades has increased from 0.7 to 0.9,and the employment rate has increased from 89%to 95%,indicating that students’professional and technical ability and employability competitiveness have been significantly improved.At the same time,the teaching mode promotes the close cooperation between schools and enterprises,truly promotes resource sharing and information exchange,helps to update the course content and enterprise technology development synchronously,and cultivates high-quality professionals in the field of polymer materials.
