小讲课护理教学法在妇产科带教中的应用探究

摘  要:研究在妇产科带教中应用小讲课护理教学法的效果。从广东医科大学附属第二医院共计抽取50名妇产科护理实习生作为研究对象,应用抽签法将其分为分析组和常规组,每组各25名。分析组实施小讲课护理教学法,常规组实施常规护理教学,对比两组实习生的考核成绩评分及带教满意度。结果显示,分析组带教满意度相比于常规组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组考核成绩评分相比于常规组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,小讲课护理教学法应用在妇产科带教中可提高护理实习生学习成绩,使其带教满意度提高。Study the application effect of primary and secondary school teaching nursing teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology guidance.A total of 50 obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University as the research subjects.Using the lottery method,they were divided into an analysis group and a control group,with 25 participants in each group.The analysis group implemented the small lecture nursing teaching method,while the routine group implemented routine nursing teaching.The assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.The results showed that the satisfaction with teaching in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The evaluation score of the analysis group was higher than that of the regular group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of small lecture nursing teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching can improve the learning performance of nursing interns and increase their satisfaction with teaching.
