摘　　要：为分析初中起点五年一贯制公费定向师范生的入职适应问题,以社会比较理论为理论基础,以初中起点五年一贯制学前教育专业公费定向师范生为研究对象,以其公费定向同班同学、工作单位中的骨干教师、高职阶段其他培养形式的同学等不同对象进行平行比较、上行比较、下行比较,分析其面对不同比较效应带来的心理动态对入职适应的影响,并从内部因素和外部因素探寻影响公费定向师范生入职适应的成因。Based on the theory of social comparison,this paper takes the five-year public-funded normal students of preschool education major as the research objects,makes parallel comparison,upward comparison and downward comparison with classmates of public-funded orientation,backbone teachers in the work unit,and students in other training forms in higher vocational stage,analyzes the influence of the psychological dynamics brought by different comparison effects on the work adaptation,and explores the causes of the work adaptation of public-funded normal students from the internal and external factors,in order to analyze the work adaptation of the five-year public-funded normal students of preschool education major at the starting point of junior high school.
