生命历程理论视角下幼儿园教师专业发展的叙事研究

摘  要:国家“普及有质量的学前教育”战略目标对幼儿教师专业水平提出了更高的要求,幼儿教师专业发展也是教师自我对于生存美学的内在诉求和社会的现实需要。针对现有研究鲜有从生命历程、关键事件、社会条件等微观层面全面揭示幼儿教师专业发展逻辑和规律,基于生命历程理论视角对G教师的专业发展历程的叙事研究发现,教师专业发展是一个漫长且复杂的过程,在不同阶段其专业发展路径及影响因素也有所不同;G教师的专业发展轨迹是在一定的历史时空下,个体与家庭、社会生活交互作用的结果,其中教育现代化征程为其发展提供了机遇,生命中重要他人的支持是其发展的外部条件,个体主观能动性是促进其专业发展的内驱力。The national strategic goal of“popularizing quality preschool education”puts forward higher requirements for the professional level of preschool teachers,and the professional development of preschool teachers is also the internal appeal of teacher’s self for survival aesthetics and the realistic needs of society.In view of the fact that the existing research rarely comprehensively reveals the logic and law of preschool teachers’professional development from the micro level of life course,key events and social conditions,the narrative research on the professional development process of Teacher G from the perspective of life course theory finds that the professional development of teachers is a long and complex process,and its professional development paths and influencing factors are also different at different stages.The professional development track of Teacher G is the result of the interaction between individuals,family and social life in a certain historical time and space.The process of educational modernization provides opportunities for its development.The support of important others in life is the external condition of its development.The subjective initiative of individuals is the internal driving force to promote its professional development.
