摘 要:教育对人的培养不仅体现社会的需求,而且还要关注受教育者的主体精神,致力于人的全面发展与个性发展和谐共进。教育要以学习者为中心,尊重教育规律,尊重学生成长规律,尊重人的个性,关注个性潜能的优势与发展,个性教育贯穿其教育活动的始终。因此,应实施有差异的教育,不断挖掘学生自身的个性潜能,让每个学生的个性在教育过程中得到应有的尊重,让学生在自我激励中纵向发展,为学生提供适合个体进步和发展的教育。基于此,分析差异教育的内涵,概括差异教育的特征,分析关注个体差异,让学生成为最好的自己的意义,并探讨让学生成为最好的自己的路径,以期积极推进个性化教育的发展,为每个学生提供更加丰富和多样的教育活动,成就学生自身的进步和发展,帮助学生实现自己的人生梦想。The cultivation of human beings in education not only reflects the needs of society,but also pays attention to the subjective spirit of the educated,and is committed to the harmonious development of all-round development and personality development of human.Education should take learners as the center,respect the law of education,respect the law of students’growth,respect people’s personality and pay attention to the advantages and development of personality potential,and personality education runs through its educational activities.Therefore,it is necessary to implement differentiated education,constantly tap the potential of students’own personality,let each student’s personality get the respect in the process of education,let students develop vertically in self-motivation,and provide students with education suitable for individual progress and development.Based on this,this paper analyzes the connotation of differentiated education,summarizes the characteristics of differentiated education,analyzes the significance of paying attention to individual differences and letting students become the best themselves,and explores the paths to let students become the best themselves,in order to actively promote the development of personalized education,provide more abundant and diverse educational activities for each student,achieve students’own progress and development,and help students realize their own life dreams.
