长春市中小学心理教师专业成长有效策略探究

摘　　要：学校心理健康教育的发展离不开心理教师队伍建设,但目前心理教师专业成长的研究和培训仍存在不系统、不全面的问题。高质量、专业化、创新型的心理教师队伍建设需要进一步完善。立足于长春市中小学心理教师队伍现状,结合国家相关政策文件,从教育行政主管部门和教师培训机构、学校支持、教师自身三个方面探究中小学心理教师专业成长策略,可以为中小学心理教师的培养和培训工作提供参考。The development of school psychology health education cannot be separated from the construction of the psychology teacher team,but the current research and training on the professional growth of psychology teachers are still unsystematic and incomplete.The construction of high-quality,specialized and innovative psychology teachers needs to be further improved.Based on the current situation of primary and secondary school psychology teachers in Changchun and combined with relevant national policy documents,this paper explores the professional growth strategies of primary and secondary school psychology teachers from three aspects:government and administrative authorities,school support,and teachers themselves,so as to provide references for the cultivation and training work of primary and secondary school psychology teachers.
