摘　　要：危险化学品从业人员安全培训是化工行业安全生产的重要保证之一。文章针对化工行业危险化学品特种作业人员安全培训的现状,从培训能力体系的构建、培训目标达成的方法和途径提出了“三能为本,案例教学,虚实结合”的化工安全培训模式,解决了化工安全培训实践操作的难题,有效提高了危险化学品特种作业人员安全培训的效果。Safety training for personnel working with hazardous chemicals is a crucial guarantee for safe production in the chemical industry.This paper addresses the current state of safety training for special operations personnel in the chemical industry and proposes a training model based on the principles of “three abilities as the foundation,case teaching,and a combination of virtual and real scenarios” for constructing a training capability system and achieving training objectives.This model effectively solves the practical challenges of chemical safety training and significantly improves the safety training outcomes for special operations personnel handling hazardous chemicals.
