摘 要:目的:探讨自尊对高中生数学焦虑的影响及压力知觉与归因方式在其中的中介作用,为缓解高中生数学焦虑提供新的实证证据。方法:采用自尊量表、数学焦虑量表、压力知觉量表、数学归因方式量表对697名高中生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)自尊与数学焦虑、压力知觉显著负相关,与归因方式显著正相关;压力知觉与归因方式显著负相关,与数学焦虑显著正相关;归因方式与数学焦虑显著负相关。(2)自尊不能直接预测高中生数学焦虑水平(95%CI=[-0.13,0.03]),但可以通过3条间接路径影响数学焦虑水平:压力知觉的中介作用(95%CI=[-0.23,-0.12]),归因方式的中介作用(95%CI=[-0.10,-0.03]),压力知觉和归因方式的链式中介作用(95%CI=[-0.07,-0.02])。结论:自尊可以通过压力知觉、归因方式的独立中介效应以及压力知觉-归因方式的链式中介效应间接影响高中生数学焦虑水平。Objective:To explore the influence of self-esteem on math anxiety in high school students and the mediating role of stress perception and attribution style,and to provide new empirical evidence for relieving math anxiety in high school students.Methods:A total of 697 high school students were investigated by using self-esteem scale,math anxiety scale,stress perception scale and math attribution style scale.Results:①Self-esteem was negatively correlated with math anxiety and stress perception,and positively correlated with attribution style.Stress perception was negatively correlated with attribution style,and positively correlated with math anxiety.Attribution style was negatively correlated with math anxiety.②Self-esteem could not directly predict the level of math anxiety in high school students(95%CI=[-0.13,0.03]),but it couldinfluence the level of math anxiety through three indirect paths:Stress perception was a mediator(95%CI=[-0.23,-0.12]),attribution style was a mediator(95%CI=[-0.10,-0.03]),and stress perception and attribution style were a chain mediator(95%CI=[-0.07,-0.02]).Conclusion:Self-esteem can indirectly influence math anxiety of high school students through the mediating effect of stress perception and attribution styleand the chain mediating effect of stress perception→attribution style.
