摘　　要：构建科学、合理、可行的中国特色学徒制长效运行生态系统,对推动我国职业教育高质量发展有重要意义。在深入分析现代学徒制生态系统的界定、构成、特征的基础上,提出中国特色学徒制长效运行的生态系统构建策略,为我国职业教育发展改革提供新思路、新见解。Building a scientific,reasonable,and feasible long-term operating ecosystem for the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in China.Based on in-depth analysis of the definition,composition,and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship ecosystem,this paper proposes a strategy for the long-term operation of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristic,providing new ideas and insights for the development and reform of vocational education in China.
