高职院校金属材料及热处理课程改革探究

摘　　要：在大力发展先进制造业的背景下,传统教学模式难以适应时代发展。高职院校应着眼于行业发展需要和企业岗位要求,不断调整教学体系与课程内容,培养适应岗位需求的技能型、应用型人才。在分析金属材料及热处理课程教学现状的基础上,从人才培养目标、教学方式、考核体系等方面提出课程教学改革举措。Under the background of vigorously developing advanced manufacturing industry,the traditional teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the development of the times.Higher vocational colleges should focus on the development needs of the industry and the job requirements of enterprises,constantly adjust the teaching system and course content,and cultivate skilled and application-oriented talents to meet the needs of the post.On the basis of analyzing the teaching status of metal materials and heat treatment,this paper puts forward the reform measures of curriculum teaching from the aspects of talent training objectives,teaching methods and assessment system.
