摘　　要：教师采用模块化教学模式,可以将一些复杂的知识点分解成相对独立而又相互联系的知识点,并根据教学实际将这些知识点统筹、重组,帮助学生构建自己的知识体系。在了解高职院校仓储作业实务课程教学现状的基础上,结合现代物流管理岗位所需要的职业精神以及职业技能,进行模块化教学,提升学生自主学习能力和分析、解决问题的能力,以期为社会培养德技并修的高素质技术技能型人才。Teachers adopt a modular teaching mode,which can decompose some complex knowledge points into relatively independent yet interconnected ones,and coordinate and reorganize these knowledge points according to the actual teaching situation,helping students build their own knowledge system.Based on the understanding of the current teaching status of practical courses in warehousing operations in higher vocational colleges,combined with the professional spirit and skills required for modern logistics management positions,modular teaching is carried out to enhance students'self-learning ability and problem-solving ability,in order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with both morality and technology for society.
