摘  要:随着世界的发展和人们交流方式的便捷,多元化已经越来越清晰地呈现在社会生活中。高校不仅是传授知识、培养人才、推动科学技术发展的专门机构,还是一个思想交流、学术讨论的平台。交流与沟通需要对对方的理解,而理解的前提是能够以宽容的态度求同存异。高校宽容教育及对话能力的培养不仅有利于学生建构更丰富的知识架构,也能在多元化的思想碰撞中发展创新思维。这是现代社会对人才的需要,更是科学技术进步的必要因素。With the development of the world and the convenience of communication,diversity has increasingly manifested itself in social life.Higher education institutions not only serve as specialized organizations for imparting knowledge,cultivating talent,and promoting scientific and technological advancement,but also as platforms for ideological exchange and academic discussion.Effective communication and dialogue require an understanding of one another,which fundamentally hinges on the ability to seek common ground while reserving differences with a tolerant attitude.However,discussions regarding tolerance education and dialogue competencies in higher education remain incomplete and insufficiently deepened,warranting greater emphasis within moral education.This focus not only benefits students in constructing a more enriched knowledge framework but also fosters innovative thinking through the collision of diverse ideas.Such capabilities are essential to meet the demands of modern society for talent and are necessary for the advancement of science and technology.
