“双一流”建设背景下加强高校二级学院科研秘书队伍建设的思考

摘  要:【目的】“双一流”建设方案的印发,对高校科学研究提出了更高的要求。高校科研管理工作服务于高校科学研究,主要依托于二级学院展开,二级学院科研秘书岗位应运而生,但目前二级学院科研秘书队伍建设不能满足于“双一流”大学建设的需要。【方法】通过分析二级学院科研秘书队伍建设存在的现状问题,以问题为导向,提出对应的优化措施。【结果】二级学院科研秘书队伍建设可以从创新管理理念、强化创新意识、提高综合素养、拓宽学习渠道、完善管理等方面改善提升。【结论】丰富了二级学院科研秘书队伍建设研究的成果,对进一步推动“双一流”大学建设具有一定的指导意义。[Purposes]The issuance of the“Double First-Class”construction plan puts forward higher requirements for scientific research in colleges and universities.The scientific research management serves scientific research in colleges and universities,mainly relying on schools of colleges and universities.Therefore,the position of research secretary in schools of colleges and universities has emerged,but the current construction of the scientific research secretary team in the schools cannot meet the needs of the construction of"Double First-Class"universities.[Methods]By analyzing the current problems in the construction of the scientific research secretary team in secondary colleges,corresponding problem-oriented optimization measures are proposed.[Findings]The construction of the scientific research secretary team in schools of colleges and universities can be improved and enhanced through innovating management concepts,strengthening innovation awareness,improving comprehensive literacy,expanding learning channels,and improving management.[Conclusions]The research conclusion enriches the achievements of the research on the construction of the scientific research secretary team in secondary colleges,and has certain guiding significance for further promoting the construction of"Double First-Class"universities.
