摘 要:机械类专业的目标是培养高素质工程技术人才,教学改革对于提高教学质量和学生综合素质具有重要意义。基于此,以豆皮自动化切段设备研发项目为切入点,研究机械类专业的教学改革实践。首先分析教学改革的背景和意义,其次阐述机械类专业教学改革的重要性,再次以豆皮自动化切段设备研发项目为例阐述机械类专业教学改革实践,最后提出机械类专业教学改革策略,旨在为相关专业的教学改革提供参考。The goal of mechanical major is to train high quality engineering and technical personnel.Teaching reform is of great significance for improving teaching quality and students’comprehensive quality.Based on this,taking the tofu skin automatic cutting equipment research and development project as the starting point,the teaching reform practice of mechanical major is studied.Firstly,the background and significance of the teaching reform are analyzed,secondly,the importance of the teaching reform of mechanical majors is expounded.Thirdly,the teaching reform practice of mechanical majors is illustrated by taking the research and development project of automatic cutting equipment of tofu skin as an example.Finally,the teaching reform strategy of mechanical majors is proposed,aiming to provide reference for the teaching reform of related majors.
