摘　　要：现代性不仅给个体带来身份认同的困扰,也在不断拷问社会秩序的困境。面对现代性的秩序困境和个体困扰,结构功能主义从社会分工、系统分化、角色分类三个维度深描关系交织中社会秩序维续的发展脉络。研究植根中国语境,廓清结构功能主义在理论演绎中的限度,藉由功能性、认同性、结构性整合策略,阐释了集体意识、共享价值、社会期待在构建和谐社会过程中的整合功能,尝试探寻教育在此过程中的角色和地位,进而构建具有中国特色的教育理论话语体系,探寻一条中国式现代化的教育实践之路。Modernity not only engenders identity dilemmas for individuals but also persistently interrogates the predicaments of social order.Confronted with the order dilemmas and individual distresses of modernity,structural functionalism delves into the construction logic of social order within interwoven relationships,examining social division of labor,system differentiation,and role classification from three dimensions.Rooted in the Chinese context,this research elucidates the limitations of structural functionalism in theoretical deduction and profoundly demonstrates the integration functions of collective consciousness,shared values,and social expectations in building a harmonious society through functional,identity,and structural integration strategies.It endeavors to explore the role and status of education in this functional integration,subsequently constructing a theoretical discourse system of social order with Chinese characteristics and outlining an educational practice path for modernization with Chinese characteristics.
