摘　　要：“十三五”计划提出保护生态、节约资源的主要战略发展方向,未来新能源汽车将成为汽车产业转型升级发展的主要趋势。以比亚迪汽车为例,首先分析新能源汽车行业现状以及比亚迪新能源汽车发展情况,其次基于平衡计分卡评价指标体系,创新性地增加了“社会责任”这一维度,对其从财务维度、客户维度、内部业务流程维度、学习与成长维度和社会责任维度进行基础绩效评价,为新能源汽车的绩效评价体系的构建提供新思路。The 13th five-year plan puts forward the main strategic development direction of protecting ecology and saving resources.In the future,new-energy automobile will become the main trend of automobile industry transformation and upgrading.Taking the BYD Auto industry as an example,the current situation of the new energy vehicle industry and the development of BYD’s new energy vehicle industry was first analyzed.Secondly,based on the balanced scorecard evaluation index system,the dimension of“Social responsibility”was innovatively added and its basic performance was evaluated from the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal business process dimension,learning and growth dimension and social responsibility dimension.New ideas are provided for the construction of new energy vehicle performance evaluation system.
