摘  要:国家先后提出“完善职业技术教育、高等教育、继续教育统筹协调发展机制”“统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新”等战略要求。“三教”协同可以为制造业转型提供人才服务,是制造业发展的人才支撑;可以为制造业创新提供技术创新服务,是制造业创新发展的技术支撑。在“三教”协同助力我国传统制造业转型中,目前存在“三教”间资源分配不均导致能力不均衡、功能发挥尚不到位、对接制造业转型升级的人才供给需求尚不匹配、相关机制不完善等现实困境。“三教”需对应制造业创新链调整优化各自功能定位,协同助力构建产教深度融合新局面,健全“三教”协同助力传统制造业转型升级的相关机制,建立促进创业链产业链互动融合的中介支撑体系,进而助力我国传统制造业转型升级。The central government of China has successively proposed strategic requirements such as“improving the coordinated development mechanism of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education”and“promoting collaborative innovation among vocational education,higher education,and continuing education.”The collaboration of the“Three Educations”can provide talent services for the transformation of the manufacturing industry,serving as a talent support for its development.It can also offer technological innovation services for the manufacturing sector’s innovation,serving as a technical support for its innovative development.In the process of“Three Educations”collaboration assisting the transformation of traditional manufacturing in China,there are currently several practical difficulties,including uneven resource distribution among the“Three Educations”leading to imbalanced capabilities,inadequate functionality,mismatches between talent supply and the demands for upgrading the manufacturing industry,and incomplete relevant mechanisms.The“Three Educations”need to adjust and optimize their respective functional positioning in accordance with the innovation chain of the manufacturing industry.They should work together to create a new situation of deep integration between industry and education,improve the mechanisms that support the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing through“Three Educations”collaboration,and establish an intermediary support system to promote the interaction and integration of the entrepreneurial chain and industrial chain,thereby to assist in the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing in China.
