摘　　要：在省域高水平高等职业院校建设背景下,高水平实践教学基地建设是重要的评价指标,是高职医学院校综合实力的体现,也是推进医学教育教学改革的重要手段。基础医学是高职医学院校各专业课程的基石,其实验教学是培养学生职业素养、动手能力和创新精神的重要平台。本文拟通过以岗位能力需求为导向的高职基础医学实验中心建设和一系列实验教学改革,培养高素质技能人才,提升学生就业竞争力,为双高建设提供可持续动力。Under the background of the construction of provincial high-level higher vocational colleges,the construction of high-level practical teaching base is an important evaluation index,a reflection of the comprehensive strength of higher vocational medical colleges,and an important means to promote the reform of medical education and teaching.Basic medicine is the cornerstone of professional courses in higher vocational medical colleges,and its experimental teaching is an important platform to cultivate students’professional quality,practical ability and innovative spirit.In this paper,it is intended to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,enhance students’employment competitiveness and provide sustainable power for the construction of"high school affiliated to renowned university"through the construction of vocational basic medical experimental centers guided by job competency requirements and a series of experimental teaching reforms.
