摘 要:专科医师规范化培训是临床医学专家成长的必由之路,对保证临床医师的专业水准和提供高质量的医疗服务具有不可替代的作用。参考美国Milestones评价体系,结合我国肾脏内科专科医师规范化培训情况,探索并建立以核心胜任力为导向的肾脏内科专科医师培训评价体系,包括职业素养、医学知识、临床技能、沟通能力、教学能力、学术研究6大核心胜任能力,每项能力包含2个~5个次级指标,每项次级指标分为5个能力水平。将住院医师核心胜任力框架和细则落实在日常的肾脏内科专科医师规范化培训中,定期对肾脏内科专培学员进行评估并有针对性地进行反馈,细化记录学员培训和评估效果。为优化专科医师培训过程管理和考核体系提供理论依据。Standardized specialist training is recognized as the pathway to clinical medical experts,which plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the professional level of clinicians and providing high quality medical services.This study referred to Milestones system in the United States and the nephrology specialists standardized training in China to explore a competency-based evaluation system for nephrology specialists in China,which includes six competencies:professionalism,medical knowledge,clinical skills,communication ability,teaching ability,and academic research.Each capability contains 2 to 5 sub-indicators,and each sub-indicator is divided into 5 capability levels.Hospitals implement the core competency framework and detailed rules for residents in the daily standardized training of nephrology specialists,regularly evaluate nephrology trainees and provides targeted feedback,and record the training and evaluation results of trainees in detail,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the management of the specialist physician training process and the assessment system.
