摘  要:目的评估PBL+CBL结合可视化CT三维重建系统教学模式在泌尿外科实践中的效果,为强化实习医师的理论知识和实践能力提供参考。方法选取2022年6月30日-2023年6月30日在某院实习的临床医学系5年制150名本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组75人。试验组采用PBL+CBL结合可视化CT三维重建系统教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组病历和医疗文书书写情况、理论成绩、操作成绩、平时成绩以及教学满意度。结果试验组的理论成绩为89.40±6.80分,操作成绩为88.60±4.30分,平时成绩为84.90±5.80分,教学满意度为77.33%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科临床实习中,应用PBL+CBL结合可视化CT三维重建系统教学模式不仅可以强化实习医师的理论知识和实践能力,也可以提升实习医师对临床实习的教学满意度,在培养实习医师临床思维能力方面具有应用价值。Objectives This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the PBL+CBL combined with a visual CT three-dimensional reconstruction system teaching model in urology practice,aiming to provide a reference for strengthening the theoretical knowledge and practical ability of interns.Methods A total of 150 five-year clinical medicine undergraduates from the class of 2018,who interned at a certain hospital from June 30,2022 to June 30,2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 75 students in each group.The experimental group used the PBL+CBL combined with a visual CT three-dimensional reconstruction system teaching model,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.The two groups were compared in terms of medical case writing,medical document writing,theoretical scores,operational scores,usual performance scores,and teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group was 89.40±6.80,the operational score was 88.60±4.30,the regular score was 84.90±5.80,and the teaching satisfaction rate was 77.33%,all of which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In clinical internships in urology,applying the PBL+CBL combined with a visual CT three-dimensional reconstruction system teaching model not only enhances the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns but also improves their satisfaction with clinical internship teaching.It has application value in cultivating the clinical thinking ability of interns.
