摘 要:数字化转型是当下职业教育高质量发展的时代趋势和战略方向。职业教育数字化转型需要超越职业教育系统的“内部观点”,跳出技术理性的圈定,在更宽广的视野中去探析职业教育数字化转型的核心意涵和优化路径。新质生产力理论为深度理解、阐释数字化转型带来了新的视角和洞见。根据新质生产力发展理论,数字化转型是职业教育服务于新质生产力的系统性变革,对接新兴产业、瞄准创新素养是转型的基本方向。进而言之,人才培养目标、专业设置与更新、课程体系等理应是职业教育数字化转型的重心和特质,人才培养目标应聚焦创新素养的培养,专业建设需锚定新兴产业,课程体系应大力拓展指向智能技术的数字课程,并提高通识课程的地位。同时,职业教育应强化与创新型企业的校企合作,改革教师聘用制度,创新评价模式,积极利用创新创业教育,为面向新质生产力的数字化转型提供体制机制上的保障。Digital transformation is the current trend and strategic direction for the high-quality development in vocational education.The digital transformation in vocational education needs to go beyond the internal perspective of the vocational education system,break free from the limitations of technological rationality,and explore the core meaning and optimization path of digital transformation in vocational education from a broader perspective.The new quality productive forces theory offers new perspectives and insights for a comprehensive understanding and interpretation of digital transformation.From the standpoint of new quality productive forces development,digital transformation represents a systematic shift in vocational education to cater to the demands of new quality productive forces.Aligning with emerging industries and aiming at innovation literacy constitute the basic direction of transformation.Specifically,the talent cultivation goal,professional setup and updating,and curriculum system should embody the core and distinctive features of digital transformation in vocational education.The talent cultivation goal should focus on the cultivation of innovative literacy,professional construction needs to be anchored in emerging industries,and the curriculum system should significantly expand the digital courses pointing to intelligent technologies and improve the status of general education courses.Meanwhile,vocational education should strengthen cooperation between enterprise and colleges with innovative enterprises,reform the teacher employment system,innovate the evaluation methods,and actively integrate entrepreneurship education,thereby providing institutional and systemic safeguards for the digital transformation of new quality productive forces.
