摘 要:为研究中低速磁浮列车在小运量运用条件下衍生出来的复杂动态服役特性,本文结合现实工程项目需求,探究一种1400 mm轨距的小运量中低速磁浮列车在由单轨线路改造的轨道梁上运行时的耦合振动问题。基于模态综合法和刚柔耦合动力学理论,使用有限元软件ANSYS和多体动力学软件Universal Mechanism(UM),建立车辆动力学模型和轨道梁有限元模型,分别对系统进行自振特性分析,最终以UM作为系统的集成平台,完成小运量中低速磁浮车辆-轨道梁耦合动力学模型的建立。利用建立的模型对车辆-轨道梁系统的振动响应进行时域分析,对三编组列车在不同速度、不同载荷以及不同轨道桥梁跨度下的耦合振动进行分析,探究其影响规律。为中低速磁浮建设和拓展应用场景提供一定理论支撑。In order to study the complex dynamic service characteristics of low and medium-speed maglev trains derived from small capacity utilization conditions,this paper combines the needs of real engineering projects to investigate the coupled vibration problem of a 1400 mm gauge low and medium-speed magnetic levitation train running on a track beam modified by a monorail line.Based on the modal synthesis method and the theory of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics,the finite element software ANSYS and multi-body dynamics software Universal Mechanism(UM)are used to establish the vehicle dynamics model and the track beam finite element model,and to analyze the self-oscillation characteristics of the system,and finally,the coupled dynamics model of small-capacity medium-low-speed magnetic levitation vehicle-track beam is established by using the UM as the integration platform of the system.The model is established.The established model is used to analyze the vibration response of the vehicle-rail beam system in the time domain,and the coupled vibration of three group trains at different speeds,different loads and different track bridge spans is analyzed to investigate the influence law.To provide certain theoretical support for the construction of low and medium-speed magnetic levitation and the expansion of application scenarios.
