摘  要:针对目前行进间炮口偏移状态测量缺乏手段的现状,提出了一种基于二维位置敏感探测器(PSD)的行进间炮口偏移状态测量方法。固定在炮尾的激光位置保持相对不变,光束方向指向固定在炮口的PSD中心位置。PSD随着炮口位置移动而发生变化,导致激光入射在PSD光敏面上的位置发生变化,由PSD的横向光电效应显示不同的位置坐标,达到测量炮口偏移状态的目的。结果表明,该方法可以实现行进间炮口偏移状态的实时精确测量,时间精度为2 ms,测量精度达到微米量级。In view of the current lack of means to measure the muzzle offset state during marching,a method for measuring the muzzle offset state between marches based on a two-dimensional position sensitive detector(PSD)is proposed.The laser position fixed at the tail of the gun remains relatively unchanged,the direction of the beam is fixed at the center of the PSD at the muzzle.PSD will change as the muzzle position moves,causing changes in the position of laser incidence on the PSD photosensitive surface,displaying different position coordinates through the lateral photoelectric effect of PSD,to achieve the purpose of measuring the deviation status of the muzzle.The experimental results show that this method can realize real-time accurate measurement of the muzzle offset state between marches,the time accuracy is 2 ms,and the measurement accuracy reaches the micrometer level.
