高校电子商务类专业复合型创新型人才培养路径探索

摘　　要：当前电商人才存在三大矛盾:一是电商行业快速变化与人才缺口之间的矛盾,二是电商企业对人才的要求与高校教育模式的矛盾,三是专业技能单一与企业对复合型创新型人才需求增加的矛盾。高度专业化、细分化和智能化的电子商务新职业将不断涌现,电子商务职业体系将逐步完善,这将促进更多劳动者在电子商务领域实现就业,也对人才多层次培养体系发展提出更高的要求。电子商务类专业的教育必须从现实出发,秉承创新驱动发展理念,深化人才的供给侧改革,从知识、技能、创新、职业素养及跨界融合等方面破解电商类人才教育面临的难题。There are three major contradictions in current e-commerce talent:firstly,the contradiction between the rapid changes in the e-commerce industry and the talent gap;secondly,the contradiction between the requirements of e-commerce enterprises for talents and the education model of universities;thirdly,the contradiction between the single professional skills and the demand for compound innovative talents.In the future,highly specialized,differentiated,and intelligent new professions in e-commerce will continue to emerge,and the e-commerce career system will gradually improve,which will promote more workers to achieve employment in the e-commerce field.This also puts forward higher requirements for the development of a multi-level talent training system.The education of e-commerce majors must start from reality,adhere to the concept of innovation driven development,deepen the supply side reform of talents,and solve the problems faced by e-commerce talent education from the aspects of knowledge,skills,innovation,professional ethics,and cross-border integration.
