摘 要:新时代我国职业教育要适应产业结构调整和升级、实现高质量发展的要求,对高职机电一体化专业人才的工程实践能力培养提出了更高要求。随着经济全球化的发展,社会对人才的需求越来越多元化,这就要求高职院校能够根据市场需求对人才进行培养,提高人才的质量。因此,在高职院校机电一体化专业人才培养中,加强对学生工程实践能力的培养是非常重要的。基于此,就高职机电一体化专业人才工程实践能力培养策略展开分析,以供参考。In the new era,vocational education in China needs to adapt to the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure and achieve high-quality development,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of engineering practice ability of vocational college electromechanical integration professionals.With the development of economic globalization,the demand for talents in society is becoming increasingly diversified,which requires vocational colleges to cultivate talents according to market demand and improve the quality of talents.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of students'engineering practical abilities in the talent cultivation of mechatronics integration majors in vocational colleges.Based on this,it analyzes the training strategies for engineering practical abilities of talents in the field of mechatronics integration in higher vocational education for reference.
