摘　　要：当前高职院校护理专业学生的就业形势严峻,这既有客观因素的影响,也有主观上的陈旧就业观念的问题。高职院校应当紧扣招生环节,前置就业育人工作;建立健全实习就业联动机制,务求实效,夯实供需对接就业育人项目基础;加快实施细分方向、分类培养专科护理人才的战略,才能有效应对高职院校护理专业学生的就业之困境。Objective×Methods Results Conclusions The employment situation of nursing students in higher vocational colleges is severe,which is influenced by objective factors as well as subjective outdated employment concept.Higher vocational colleges should focus on the enrollment process and advance the work of employment-oriented education,establish and improve the linkage mechanism of internship and employment,strengthen the foundation of the project of employment and education between supply and demand,and seek practical results.It is necessary to carry out the strategy of cultivating nursing talents by specialized and classification as soon as possible so as to effectively deal with the employment dilemma of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
