摘  要:增值评价作为一种较新的评价方式,具有过程性、发展性和非竞争性的特点,是职业教育高质量发展阶段教学评价改革的重要方向。然而,因增值评价模型复杂难操作,且高职医学专业教师信息化水平不高、评价理念有待更新,导致其在高职医学教育中未能得到深入研究和广泛应用。该文建议高职医学教育应紧抓当前教育数字化转型的契机,从深耕理论研究、加大技术赋能、强化实证研究、优化评价环境四方面推动增值评价的纵深发展。Objective×Methods Results Conclusions Value-added evaluation,as a new evaluation method,has the characteristics of process,development,and non-competitiveness.It is an important direction for the reform of teaching evaluation in the high-quality development stage of vocational education.However,the value-added evaluation model is intricate and operationally challenging,compounded by the low level of digitalization among medical educators in higher vocational colleges and the need for an updated evaluation concept.As a result,it has not been extensively researched or widely implemented in higher vocational medical education.At present,higher vocational medical education should seize the opportunity of digital transformation in education,and strive to promote the in-depth development of value-added evaluation from four aspects:deepening theoretical research,increasing technological empowerment,strengthening empirical research,and optimizing evaluation environment.
