摘 要:东京作为国际大都市,如何通过教育赋能提升城市国际化能级?东京作为国际组织落户最多的亚洲城市,展示了其强大的国际影响力、卓越的人才吸引力以及对可持续发展理念的坚定践行。东京面临人口结构变化、科技创新力人才储备匮乏等严峻挑战。文章基于东京都教育委员会制定的面向2040年的《东京都教育发展纲要》,阐述了东京为应对挑战及促进发展而采取的一系列教育振兴策略,主要围绕培养儿童塑造未来的能力、构建和完善全纳教育体系和创设高品质教育环境三个维度展开,具体包括推广智能学校项目、制定全球人才培养指南、支持特殊教育需求儿童等,旨在全面提升东京的城市竞争力、国际影响力和优质环境吸引力。This article primarily dissects how Tokyo,as an international metropolis,leverages education to enhance its city’s internationalization level.The article begins by introducing Tokyo as the Asian city with the highest number of international organizations,demonstrating its strong international influence,remarkable talent attraction,and firm commitment to sustainable development principles.Subsequently,the article delves into the severe challenges Tokyo faces,such as demographic changes and a lack of talent reserves in scientific and technological innovation.Finally,based on the“Tokyo Metropolitan Education Development Outline”for 2040 formulated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education,the article elaborates on a series of educational revitalization strategies adopted by Tokyo to address these challenges and promote development.These strategies primarily focus on three dimensions:cultivating children’s ability to shape the future,constructing an inclusive education system,and creating a high-quality educational environment.Specific measures include promoting smart school projects,formulating a global talent development guide,supporting children with special educational needs,etc.,aiming to comprehensively enhance Tokyo’s urban competitiveness,international influence,and the attractiveness of its high-quality environment.
