九步法链式理论框架下职业教育学科发展路径探究

摘  要:树立正确的学科建设思想,创新学科建设理念,建立适合我国职业院校学科建设有效路径。经过多轮调研分析与实践总结,凝练形成了以“九步法”为学科建设发展路径主线,即遵循以稳根基加强师资队伍建设—炼筋骨提升教科研水平—走出去立足产业服务—握紧手落实校企合作—引进来建立企业导师资源库—搭装备加强实训室建设—推转化科技服务地方经济—抓特色重视创新创业教育—树内涵做好学科文化建设的发展路径。Establish the correct discipline construction thought,innovate the discipline construction concept,and establish an effective path for the discipline construction of vocational colleges in China.After several rounds of research,analysis and practice summary,the main line of the“nine step”discipline construction and development path has been condensed and formed,that is,to follow the principle of strengthening the construction of the teaching staff with a stable foundation-strengthening the muscles and bones to improve the level of teaching and scientific Research-going out and based on industrial services-holding hands to implement school enterprise cooperation-introducing and establishing the resource bank of enterprise mentors-building equipment to strengthen the construction of training rooms-promoting the transformation of science and technology to serve the local economy-paying attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education with characteristics-building connotation to do a good job in the development path of discipline culture construction.
