摘  要:职业教育“一体化教学”是实现其人才培养目标的关键路径,体现了“三全育人”的理念。针对职业教育“一体化教学”存在产学研合作权责不均衡、双师型教师匮乏、课程体系与职业标准对接不到位、教学内容与岗位任务匹配度不够、教学评价不全面等问题,应促进课程体系与职业标准对接、教学资料与项目任务对接、教学评价主体多元化、实践教学环境共建,并通过双师型培养和互聘充实师资队伍,全方位实现一体化教学。"Integrated teaching"in vocational education is the key path to achieving its talent cultivation goals,reflecting the concept of"three pronged education".Based on the problems of uneven rights and responsibilities in production,education and research cooperation,lack of dual teacher teachers,inadequate alignment between curriculum system and professional standards,insufficient matching between teaching content and job tasks,and incomplete teaching evaluation in the"integrated teaching"of vocational education,it is necessary to promote the alignment between curriculum system and professional standards,teaching materials and project tasks,diversification of teaching evaluation subjects,joint construction of practical teaching environment,and enrich the teaching staff through dual teacher training and mutual recruitment to achieve integrated teaching in all aspects.
