摘 要:现代学徒制是为企业精准培养职业人才的人才培养模式,以“师带徒”“做中学”为主要特征,需要学校和企业共同参与管理和教学,有利于培养高素质劳动者与技术技能型人才。为了切实培养面向物流企业或企业物流等岗位所需的复合型、应用型人才,文章分析现代学徒制人才培养模式在中职物流教学中应用的必要性,研究现代学徒制人才培养模式在中职物流教学中应用现存的问题,并从协同育人机制建设、人才培养目标制定、课程体系建设、优质校企资源共享、多元多维评价机制建设等方面,探究现代学徒制人才培养模式在中职物流教学中的策略。Modern apprenticeship system is a talent training model for enterprises to accurately cultivate vocational talents,with the main features of"teacher mentoring"and"learning by doing".It requires the joint participation of schools and enterprises in management and teaching,which is conducive to cultivating high-quality workers and technical skilled talents.In order to effectively cultivate composite and applied talents required for logistics enterprises or enterprise logistics positions,this article analyzes the necessity of applying the modern apprenticeship talent training model in vocational logistics teaching,studies the existing problems in the application of the modern apprenticeship talent training model in vocational logistics teaching,and explores the strategies of the modern apprenticeship talent training model in vocational logistics teaching from the aspects of collaborative education mechanism construction,talent training goal formulation,curriculum system construction,high-quality school enterprise resource sharing,and multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism construction.
