摘　　要：文章首先分析基于创新创业理念开展高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业教育模式改革的必要性,然后剖析高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业教育模式现存的问题,最后从专业教育目标设计课堂“主渠道”建设、创新创业实践、创新创业评价几个方面,探究高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业教育模式创新的策略,以期为相关专业教育模式创新工作的开展提供借鉴和参考,不断提升高职酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养质量。This article first analyzes the necessity of reforming the education mode of vocational hotel management and digital operation based on the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship.Then,it analyzes the existing problems of the education mode of vocational hotel management and digital operation.Finally,from the aspects of professional education goal design,classroom"main channel"construction,innovation and entrepreneurship practice,and innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation,it explores the strategies for innovating the education mode of vocational hotel management and digital operation,in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of related professional education mode innovation work,and continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational hotel management and digital operation.
