摘　　要：构建科学有效的思政教育教学质量评价体系,对高职院校改革思政教育、提升育人成效具有非常重要的意义,也是提升高职院校人才培养质量的重要保障,更是高职院校提质培优、增值赋能、高质量发展的重要抓手。文章分析高职院校构建思政教育教学质量评价体系的意义和原则,探讨思政教育教学质量评价体系构建中存在的问题,并从更新评价理念、丰富评价内容、评价主体多元化、拓展评价方式、完善评价机制等方面提出相应对策,以期促进高职院校教育事业的高质量发展,提升人才培养质量。Building a scientific and effective evaluation system for the quality of ideological and political education teaching is of great significance for the reform of ideological and political education in vocational colleges and the improvement of educational effectiveness.It is also an important guarantee for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,and an important lever for improving the quality,value-added empowerment,and high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.The article analyzes the significance and principles of constructing an evaluation system for the quality of ideological and political education in vocational colleges,explores the problems in the construction of an evaluation system for the quality of ideological and political education,and proposes corresponding measures from the aspects of updating evaluation concepts.enriching evaluation content,diversifying evaluation subjects,expanding evaluation methods,and improving evaluation mechanisms,in order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational college education and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
