摘　　要：高校辅导员在大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作中,发挥着至关重要的作用。辅导员在日常工作的开展过程中,应注重道德素养、思政素养、职业素养等的进一步发展和提升,以便更好地成长成才。新时代背景下,辅导员作为高校思政工作的骨干力量,必须深入理解党的自我革命思想的理与力,自觉从党的创新理论中找理念、找思路、找方法、找举措,以党的自我革命精神引领自身逐渐成长为兼具学习型教育者、先进型领航者、创新型管理者、服务型示范者特质的高素质人才,实现提升履职能力与笃定精神信仰的双向奔赴。College counselors play a crucial role in the daily ideological and political education and management of college students.Counselors should further develop and enhance their moral,ideological,and professional qualities in the process of daily work,in order to better grow and succeed.In the context of the new era,as the backbone of ideological and political work in universities,counselors must have a deep understanding of the theory and power of the Party's self revolution,consciously seek ideas,thoughts,methods,and measures from the Party's innovative theories,and gradually grow into high-quality talents with the characteristics of learning educators,advanced leaders,innovative managers,and service-oriented exemplars guided by the Party's self revolution spirit,achieving a two-way journey of enhancing their ability to perform their duties and firmly believing in their spiritual beliefs.
