摘　　要：探讨了果葡糖浆生产过程中的清洗办法,旨在提高生产效率、保证产品质量以及延长设备使用寿命。通过对各类清洗方法的原理、应用条件和效果的分析,提出了一套综合的清洗策略。详细阐述了化学清洗、物理清洗以及生物清洗等方法在果葡糖浆生产设备和管道清洗中的具体应用,并结合实际案例说明了清洗效果的评估指标和方法。The cleaning methods in the production process of high fructose corn syrup were deeply discussed,aiming at improving production efficiency,ensuring product quality and prolonging the service life of equipment.Through the analysis of the principle,application condition and effect of various cleaning methods,a set of comprehensive cleaning strategy was put forward.The application of chemical cleaning,physical cleaning and biological cleaning methods in high fructose corn syrup production equipment and pipelines was described in detail,and the evaluation index and methods of cleaning effect were illustrated by practical cases.
