摘  要:教学能力是衡量师范生培养质量高低的重要因素,体育教育专业师范生将来是否能够适应未来中小学教育教学岗位工作,其教学能力发挥着重要作用。师范生教学能力要适应岗位需求,其培养内容要根据教师实际岗位需求的变化而做出调整。2022年教育部印发《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》,对当前义务教育阶段的体育教师提出了新要求,也为体育专业师范生培养提出了新方向。从新旧课程标准之变化,思考新课标背景下体育教育专业师范生培养的变化,将“核心素养”要求融入体育师范生教学能力培养,以期能够适应新的教育理念和满足学生发展的要求。Teaching ability is an important factor in evaluating the quality of teacher training for normal physical education majors.It plays a significant role in determining whether future physical education majors can adapt to teaching positions in primary and secondary schools.To meet the demands of teaching positions,the content of teacher training for normal university students should be adjusted according to changes in actual job requirements for teachers.In 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the"Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health(2022 Edition)",which puts forward new requirements for physical education teachers in the current stage of compulsory education and also provides a new direction for the training of PE majors in normal colleges and universities.Considering the changes between the old and new curriculum standards,we should reflect on the changes in the training of physical education majors under the background of the new curriculum standards and integrate the requirements of"core competencies"into the cultivation of their teaching abilities,in order to adapt to new educational concepts and meet the requirements of students'development.
