摘　　要：以足球改革发展为龙头是中国体育四梁八柱改革的重要内容,足改的成功与否事关中国体育改革的进程。当前无论是足球的职业化水平还是足球产业,都有了长足的进步,但中国的足球水平依然不乐观,足球的改革发展依然是重头戏。该文通过文献资料查阅的形式来对日本校园足球发展的现状进行研究,剖析日本校园的青训体系、足球联赛的组织发展、校园足球政策以及对职业足球人才的输送情况,为中国校园足球提供更好的方法与途径,打造出适合中国国情的校园足球体系。Taking football reform and development as the leading forceis an important content of China's comprehensive sports reform.The success of football reform is crucialto the process of Chinese sports reform.Currently,significant progress has been made in both the professionalization level and the football industry,yet China's football performance remains unfavorable,and football reform and development continue to be a top priority.This paper studies the current situation of the development of campus football in Japan through the form of literature review,analyzes the youth training system,the organizational development of football leagues,campus football policies and the contributionof talents for professional football teams in Japan,provides better methods and approaches for campus football in China,and builds a campus football system suitable for China's nationalconditions.
