摘 要:随着数字化技术的快速发展,教育领域也在不断探索数字化教与学模式。该文旨在研究数字化背景下高中体育教育的新型教与学模式,以探讨如何利用数字化技术提升高中体育教育的质量和效果。通过文献综述和实证研究,该文分析了数字化背景下高中体育教与学模式的特点、优势和挑战,并提出了相应的应对策略。研究结果表明,数字化背景下高中体育教与学模式的实施可以促进学生的主动学习、个性化发展和全面素质提升。然而,数字化教与学模式也面临着师资培养、技术应用和资源保障等挑战。因此为了实现高中体育教育的数字化转型,需要加强师资队伍建设、改进教学设计和加大技术投入。With the rapid development of digital technology,the educational field is constantly exploring the digital teaching and learning mode.This paper aims to study the new teaching and learning mode of high school physical education under the background of digitalization,so as to explore how to improve the quality and effect of high school physical education by using digital technology.Through literature review and empirical research,this paper analyzes the characteristics,advantages and challenges of high school physical education teaching and learning model under the digital background,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The results show that the implementation of high school physical education teaching and learning model can promote students'active learning,personalized development and overall quality improvement under the digital background.However,the digital teaching and learning model is also facing challenges such as teacher training,technology application and resource guarantee.Therefore,in order to realize the digital transformation of high school physical education,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers,improve teaching design and increase technical input.
