干部学习特点与学习有效性提升

摘　　要：干部群体由于所处客观环境与主观条件,其学习具有某些区别于其他群体的特点,主要体现为组织规定性、强烈的现实指向性、自我超越性、复杂性和生成性、巨大的岗位差异性和个体差异性、知行循环转化性以及工学关系的两面性等七个方面。要提升干部学习有效性,必须直面干部学习的种种挑战,营造“真学习”的环境和氛围,带着实际问题去做深入研究式的学习,带着自我改进的目标去做深刻反思式的学习,把在实践中解决问题作为重要的学习方式,系统地学习、研究和解决问题,并保持客观冷静的学习态度。Due to the objective environment and subjective conditions in which the cadre group operates,their learning has certain characteristics that distinguish them from other groups,mainly reflected in seven aspects:organizational regulation,strong practical orientation,self transcendence,complexity and generativity,huge job and individual differences,knowledge action cycle transformation,and the duality of engineering relationships.To enhance the effectiveness of cadre learning,it is necessary to face the various challenges of cadre learning,create an environment and atmosphere of“real learning”,engage in in-depth research-based learning with practical problems,engage in deep reflective learning with self-improvement goals,regard solving problems in practice as an important learning method,systematically learn,research and solve problems,and maintain an objective and calm learning attitude.
