摘　　要：劳动精神作为一种思想意识,是劳动者在劳动过程中所坚持和认同的“对劳动的态度”“关于劳动的价值理念”及其展现出的气质风貌。情感是精神的萌芽,精神让人挣脱了自然界的束缚,构建了属人的世界。换言之,情感的存在和表达,反映了人类的主观体验和价值观,也塑造了人类独有的精神世界和文化传统。劳动精神不仅是理性认知,也是情感倾向,其生发以劳动实践为基础,以情感为动力,遵循着情感逻辑:情境激发了劳动的意识,感受营造了劳动的审美,觉悟唤醒了劳动的解放。劳动精神中的情感是人在一定的劳动场域中产生的劳动感受,并经过反思和理解形成的稳定思想意识。由此,劳动精神也显现出了理性的、道德的、审美的情感内容。关注情感可以为弘扬劳动精神的过程增添人文关怀,提供动力、引导和参照,实现情感育人的目标,也可以体现出这一过程不是纯粹的知识学习,更重要的是让人体验人生、实现自我。新时代弘扬劳动精神需要情感叙事,构建劳动形象;需要情感沟通,促进劳动体验;需要情感共鸣,塑造劳动价值。As a kind of ideological consciousness,labor spirit is the“attitude toward labor”,“value concept about labor”and the temperament and style that workers adhere to and identify with in the process of labor.in the process of labor.Emotion is the germination of spirit.Spirit frees people from the bondage of nature and constructs a human world.In other words,the existence and expression of emotions reflect the subjective experience and values of human beings,and also shape the unique spiritual world and cultural tradition of human beings.Labor spirit is not only rational cognition,but also emotional tendency,which grows based on labor practice and is driven by emotion.It follows the emotional logic:the situation stimulates the consciousness of labor,the feeling creates the aesthetics of labor,and the consciousness awakens the liberation of labor.The emotion in the labor spirit is the people s feeling of labor produced in a certain field of labor,and the stable ideology formed by people s reflection and understanding.Therefore,labor spirit also shows rational,moral and aesthetic emotional content.Focusing on emotions can add humanistic care to the process of carrying forward the labor spirit,provide motivation,guidance and reference and achieve the goal of emotional education.It also reflects that this process is not purely knowledge learning,but more importantly,it allows people to experience life and realize themselves.Carrying forward labor spirit in the new era requires the emotional narration to construct labor image,the emotional communication to promote labor experience and the emotional resonance to shape the value of labor.
