摘  要:恒速控制是高速动车组的核心控制功能之一,其控制精度对保障列车平稳运行十分重要。受列车运行复杂环境的影响,确保高速动车组恒速控制的精度是行业研究难点。文章提出了一种基于PID调节的分段集中控制方法,对比例系数、微积分系数等关键参数进行分段设置;当列车速度与目标速度相差较大时,为了让列车快速达到目标速度,通过比例调节使列车输出最大牵引/制动力;当列车速度与目标速度相差较小时,比例调节逐步退出控制,通过积分和微分环节对速度进行微调;同时,为了防止牵引/制动力的突变以及牵引、制动的快速切换,文章在PID调节算法中增加了列车冲击率的控制和牵引制动切换控制功能。实际应用表明,该方法实现的控制精度比原有控制方法提高了7倍,可推广应用于多种车型。Constant-speed control is deemed one of the core control functions for high speed EMUs,with accuracy being crucial for ensuring smooth operation.Given the complex operational environments of trains,ensuring the accuracy of constant-speed control for high-speed EMUs remains a research challenge in the industry.This paper presents a piecewise centralized control method based on PID regulation,which features the piecewise setting of key parameters,such as proportional,calculus coefficients.As train speeds greatly dif-ferent from the target speed,proportional regulation allows for the maximum output of traction/braking force to facilitate a quick adjust-ment to the target speed.As train speeds approaching the target speed,the proportional regulation gradually diminishes in the control,while speed fine-tuning is achieved through the integral and differential elements.Additionally,in order to prevent abrupt changes in trac-tion/braking force and rapid switching between traction and braking,additional control functions are incorporated in the PID regulation algorithm,focusing on train impact rates and traction/braking switching.The actual implementation of the proposed method demonstrat-ed a control precision 7 times higher than that of the original control method,underscoring its potential for wide applications in various vehicle models.
