摘  要:轨道不平顺是磁浮列车悬浮系统的主要激扰源,直接影响悬浮的稳定性、列车运行的安全性和舒适性。性能良好的悬浮控制系统应对轨道不平顺、车轨耦合振动等,具有良好的抵抗能力。衡量系统抵抗不确定性扰动能力,通常采用随机性性能评价指标,一般以最小方差指标为主。文章通过单点悬浮系统模型,仿真分析了最小方差评价指标在悬浮系统性能评价中的适用性。依托长沙EMS型中低速磁浮快线,通过列车搭载的悬浮数据采集系统,获得实车运行悬浮间隙数据,开展基于最小方差基准的悬浮控制系统性能评估。结果表明,最小方差指标可以较好地反映悬浮控制系统的运行性能,通过性能指标的变化可以及时发现列车运行线路中存在的轨道不平顺等故障隐患。Track irregularities are a primary source of disturbance to the suspension system of maglev trains,directly affecting sus-pension stability,operational safety,and riding comfort.High-performance suspension control systems exhibit effective resistance to track irregularities and vehicle-track coupling vibrations.Stochastic performance evaluation indexes are typically used to measure the system’s ability to resist uncertain disturbance,with the minimum variance index being the most commonly used.In this study,the appli-cability of the minimum variance evaluation index for evaluating the performance of suspension systems was analyzed through simula-tions based on a single-point suspension system model.Relying on the medium-low speed line of Changsha maglev express based on electromagnetic suspension(EMS),suspension gap data was collected during real train operation via an on-board suspension data acqui-sition system.This data was then used to conduct a performance evaluation of suspension control systems based on the minimum vari-ance benchmark.The results show that the minimum variance index plays a relatively effective role in reflecting the operating perfor-mance of suspension control systems.Additionally,hidden troubles such as track irregularities are identified timely based on changes in performance indexes.
