摘  要:为促进江西高校学科竞争力提升,结合高校学科竞争力内涵和新一轮“双一流”建设强调内容构建江西高校学科竞争力评价指标体系,由此得出2014—2022年江西高校学科竞争力相关指标,并运用熵权-TOPSIS法和障碍度模型测算江西高校学科竞争力各一级指标权重、综合得分及主要影响因素。结果显示:2014—2022年江西高校学科竞争力综合得分整体呈上升态势;相对接近度和障碍度反映的结论具有一致性,表明师资力量和教育经费投入这两项指标的阻碍作用保持下降态势,优化效果良好,具有较高优化价值;科学研究和人才培养这两项指标的阻碍作用较大,优化效果偏弱,尚有较大的提升空间。基于上述结果,从科学研究、人才培养、师资力量和教育经费投入四个方面提出相应建议,以期为江西高校学科竞争力提升提供若干参考。In order to enhance the disciplinary competitiveness of universities in Jiangxi Province,an evaluation index system for the disciplinary competitiveness of universities in Jiangxi is constructed based on the connotation of disciplinary competitiveness of universities and the emphasis of the new round of the“Double First-Class”Initiative.Relevant indicators of disciplinary competitiveness of Jiangxi’s universities from 2014 to 2022 are obtained,and the Entropy-Weight TOPSIS method and the Obstacle Degree Model are used to calculate the weights,comprehensive scores and main influencing factors of the primary indicators of disciplinary competitiveness of universities in Jiangxi.The results show that the comprehensive scores of disciplinary competitiveness of universities in Jiangxi have generally shown an upward trend from 2014 to 2022.The conclusions reflected by relative proximity and obstacle degree are consistent,both indicating that the hindering effects of the two indicators of teacher strength and educational funding have been declining,demonstrating good optimization outcomes and high optimization value.However,the hindering effects of scientific research and talent training remain significant,with weaker optimization results,indicating room for further improvement.Based on these findings,corresponding suggestions are put forward from four aspects:scientific research,talent training,teacher strength and educational funding,aiming to provide reference for enhancing the disciplinary competitiveness of universities in Jiangxi.
