中小学教师信息教学技术应用的偏失及其调和:理性主义的省思

摘  要:信息教学技术的应用已成为影响中小学教师课堂教学效果的关键因素,对信息教学技术“技术性”特点的放大和对其本质理解的欠缺,使得实际教学过程更加强调信息教学技术的工具性,而弱化了契合于教学目标的人的价值和情感需求的价值性特征。信息教学技术应用中工具理性与价值理性的偏失,表现为技术价值僭越、人的价值缺位、教学价值观模糊以及教学情感缺失等。基于信息教学技术的本质属性、工具理性与价值理性的本质关系及信息教学技术的应用特点,信息教学技术的工具理性与价值理性存在本质性的统一关系。为促进中小学教师信息教学技术应用中工具理性与价值理性的调和,提出回归以人为本的教学目的、遵循理性导向的教学原则、追求情理交融的教学氛围等思路。The application of information teaching technology has become a key factor affecting the effectiveness of classroom teaching among primary and secondary school teachers.However,the amplification of the“technical”characteristics of information teaching technology and the lack of understanding of its essence have led to an overemphasis on the instrumental nature of this technology in actual teaching process and weaken its value-oriented characteristics addressing human values and emotional demands in line with teaching objectives.The deviation of instrumental rationality and value rationality in the application of information teaching technology is manifested in the encroachment of technical value,the absence of human value,the ambiguity in teaching values,and the loss of emotional engagement in teaching.Based on the essential attributes of information teaching technology,the intrinsic relationship between instrumental rationality and value rationality,and the application characteristics of information teaching technology,a fundamentally unified relationship exists between the instrumental rationality and value rationality of information teaching technology.To promote the reconciliation of instrumental rationality and value rationality in the application of information teaching technology by primary and secondary school teachers,approaches are proposed including returning to a human-centered teaching purpose,adhering to the rationality-guided teaching principles,and fostering a teaching atmosphere with the integration of reason and emotion.
