摘  要:为加强职业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设,提高教师理论与实践相结合的能力,高职人体解剖学教师到医院参与临床实践,进行考察、调研和学习,并将所学知识应用于教学和科研,践行医教协同、产教融合、科技创新的合作理念。In order to strengthen the construction of the"double-position"teacher team in vocational schools and improve the ability of teachers to combine theory with practice,human anatomy teachers of higher vocational education participate in clinical practice in hospitals for investigation,research and learning,and apply the knowledge learned to teaching and research,practicing the cooperation concept of medical education collaboration,industry education integration,and technological innovation.
