高职院校护生专业承诺现状及影响因素分析

摘  要:目的 了解高职院校护理专业学生专业承诺现状,并分析其影响因素,为护理专科教育提供数据参考。方法 于2023年9—10月,采用便利抽样法,选取四川省某高职院校1 220名护理专科生,使用一般资料调查问卷、大学生专业承诺量表进行问卷调查。结果 护理专科生专业承诺总分为(99.82±15.88)分,条目均分为(3.70±0.58)分;是否加入专业社团和对专业社团的了解程度是护理专科生专业承诺的主要预测因素(P<0.05)。结论 护理专科生专业承诺处于中等水平,有待进一步提高,各高职院校可通过专业社团建设来提高护生专业承诺水平,帮助护生优化职业生涯规划,稳定护理人才队伍,促进护理教育事业发展。Objective To learn the status of nursing students'professional commitment in higher vocational colleges,analyze its influencing factors,and provide data reference for specialized nursing education.Methods From September to October 2023,a convenience sampling method was used to select 1220 junior nursing collegians in Sichuan Province.A general information survey questionnaire and the Collegians'Professional Commitment Scale were used for the questionnaire survey.Results The total score of professional commitment for nursing collegians was(99.82±15.88)score,and the average score for each item was(3.70±0.58)score.Whether or not to join professional associations and the level of learning of professional associations are the main predictive factors for nursing students'professional commitment(P<0.05).Conclusion The junior nursing collegians'professional commitment is at a moderate level and needs to be improved.Higher vocational colleges can improve nursing students'professional commitment level through the construction of professional associations,help nursing students optimize their career planning,stabilize the nursing talent team,and promote the development of nursing education.
