临床医学专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训的现实困境及其合理路径

摘　　要：临床医学专业学位研究生(以下简称“专硕研究生”)培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨是由国家主持设计、高校把控方向、医院实施培训的一种培养模式。然而,当前专硕研究生住培存在生源良莠不齐、培训与学业双重任务难以均衡、多方培养主体管理权责不清、协作与监管力度不足、培训机制不健全、薪酬待遇低、培训积极性不高等现实困境,因此,从医学院校与培训基地积极协作、统筹规划方面入手,采取严格把控生源质量、明确培训目标、完善培训方案与机制、提升薪酬待遇等有力举措,推动住培内涵建设,以期提升专硕研究生住培质量,强化我国卫生健康人才队伍建设。The integration of the training of clinical medicine postgraduates of professional degree(hereinafter referred to as"specialist master")and standardized training for resident physicians is a training model designed by the state,controlled by universities,and implemented by hospitals.However,there are practical difficulties in the current residency training for specialist master,such as uneven quality of student sources,difficulty in balancing training and academic tasks,unclear management rights and responsibilities of multiple training subjects,insufficient cooperation and supervision,incomplete training mechanisms,low salary and benefits,and low training enthusiasm.Therefore,starting from the active cooperation and overall planning between medical colleges and training bases,effective measures such as strictly controlling the quality of student sources,clarifying training objectives,improving training programs and mechanisms,and enhancing salary and benefits should be taken to promote the connotation construction of residency training,so as to improve the quality of specialist master residency training and strengthen the construction of China's health personnel team.
